It's been a busy week, and we haven't had the time to take Junior to the beach so much; so we thank her for being so patient with us everyday. She sits by my side when I'm working on the computer and waits to hear the word "beach"; if I say it, she knows I won't leave her hanging!...

Today we took Junior to the beach for a little of exercise and sun. She was really excited to go swimming, and the ocean was perfect for her to play "get the ball". We wanted to stay longer at the beach; but the rain came down on us so we had to leave sooner.

This morning we got up really early and went to the beach; there wasn't much hunting for Junior, but she never gives up!

After we walked for about an hour we sat down to watch the amazing sunrise; the summer is almost here, and the weather has been hot, but breezy. This is Junior's favorite time of the year; there is more to do and hunt, and the ocean temperature is perfect for swimming.

This morning we got up really early and went to the beach; Junior caught just one crab, but we got to see dolphins swimming real close to us. After the beach; as always, Junior got her bath, and I thought it would make a nice post showing her wrapped up in a towel!

Junior had a great day today at the beach; crab season is just starting, and she's going nuts! On a good day she might get 5 or 6; but today she caught 3.

After hunting for a long time she wanted to get in the water and get the ball, so I played with her and until she got really tired; she is now sleeping like a baby!

Now a little bit about Junior....

She is a 9 year-old Jack parson terrier born in Florida; she grew up going to the beach every day; so she learned how to hunt for crabs since she was a puppy!.Also, like every Jack, Junior is an excellent hunter ( rodents, lizards and bugs ) No need for cats here! LOL!

Junior is a friendly dog, who loves walks, swimming, and playing with her dog buddies. Through the years we have captured those special moments; and we would like to share the joy of Junior with you. I hope you have fun visiting her site!
